Senitec P2000
|
|
Turn-key oily water treatment unit
|
|
Our products are put together and form a turn-key
treatment plant. Senitec P2000 (previously called WS-Line 2000) is a result of a cooperative
work with one of our client and our project
department. The Senitec P2000 is designed to treat oily
wastewater from power plants/harbours.

Biological waste water treatment units
|
|
Unit for BOD reduction
|
Wärtsilä Senitec AB offers a complete range of biological waste water treatment systems for power plants.
The design for each power plant is a tailor-made solution. Depending on the effluent and required
discharge standard the total solution is made.
The BS unit is a modified trickling filter over a clarifier that reduces biochemical oxygen demand
(BOD5) and total suspended solids (TSS) to levels that meet or exceed NSF and EPA standards.
A modular technology, BS units natural fixed film biological process is a cost-effective system for
the secondary treatment of wastewater. Units can be installed in parallel to treat larger flows or
in series to achieve greater levels of treatment.

Flotation system NFF
|
|
High capacity flotation unit
|
The NFF is a flotation system by which the impurities are separated from the water by using air.
With Induced Air the rising velocity of a particle is increased by adding air bubbles of 100-150
micron to the water by a self air sucking aeration system which is installed just after the inlet construction.
The air bubbles stick to the particles after which they rise to the surface from where they are
scraped off by a scraper mechanism. Any sediment wil be drained off by standard installed drain valves.
